Remanufactured Toner Cartridges Returns
For remanufactured toner cartridges, Mikan Corporation has a 90 day, no penalty policy for returned, incorrect shipment and replacements. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return products to Mikan Corporation and do require an RMA through email at [email protected]
OEM Toner Cartridges Returns
For OEM product we have a 30-day return policy for unopened, unused, and undamaged product and product must be in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return products to Mikan Corporation and do require an RMA through email at [email protected].
Defective Remanufactured Cartridge Returns
Customers may want to begin by visiting the FAQ section of our website for toner cartridge troubleshooting. Visit the Returns Management Link to complete an RMA request. Customer Service personnel will review the request and contact you with return instructions. We request a Supplies Status page for any laser printer cartridge capable of producing the report. Once received and reviewed by Mikan Corp staff, credit will be issued to the customer. The cartridge is assumed to be defective until examined. If the cartridge is found to be empty or has a user related issue (i.e. laser printer labels on the drum) then the customer is notified.
Defective OEM Returns
Customers should contact Mikan Corporation at 734-944-9447 or [email protected] to speak to a representative about defective products purchased within 30 days. Products returned after 30 days will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Mikan will replace OEM product under manufacturer’s warranty whenever possible.
